Hi, I’m Claudia – a Fitness and Gymnastics Coach with a passion for personal growth, wellness, and mental health. I started my journey at a young age, when I was introduced to gymnastics. Gymnastics taught me discipline, respect for others, and most importantly, respect for myself. It taught me how to control my emotions and feelings, how to overcome challenges, even during difficult times.

Growing up close to the mountains helped me develop a strong connection with nature, which I continue to nurture through outdoor activities like climbing, hiking, canyoning, and cycling.

Throughout my journey, I’ve learned that taking care of both our physical and mental health is crucial for living a happy and fulfilling life. That’s why I’m committed to sharing my experiences and knowledge and inspiring others to live their best lives through my blogs.

I believe that a balanced approach to life is the key to achieving optimal health and happiness, and I’m excited to help others discover their own path and improve their physical and mental health.
